Al Chapman is a self-taught woodburner, carver, and artist. As a child, he showed a talent for drawing, and has been developing and honing related artistic skills ever since. Al Chapman has been woodburning for over twenty-five years and has taught many seminars, inspiring others to take up the craft and develop their skills. Additionally, he has won top honors numerous regional and national art competitions.
