Cheryl Dow, three time winner of the $1,000.00 Detail Master Award of Excellence, and feature writer for the National Woodcarvers 'Chip Chats' Magazine is an experienced teacher of woodburning techniques. In addition to her five volume series 'Woodburning with Cheryl Dow', she also teaches seminars (two, three, and five day seminars) to aspiring students of the craft.
A dedicated wildlife advisor, Cheryl Dow has been involved in the rehabilitation of animals for over 35 years, tending to the well being of raptors, cougars, swans, bears, among many other creatures. It is no wonder that she has gained renown for her artistic rendering of American wildlife. She divides her time between homes in Florida and Michigan.
